Refund Policy

At Trinetramm, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the spiritual and personalized nature of our products, we follow a limited refund and replacement policy.

1. No Refund After Dispatch

Once an item has been shipped, no refund or return is allowed unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video as proof. After verification, we may issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

3. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Products like Rudraksha malas, gemstones, yantras, or personalized spiritual items are non-returnable due to hygiene and sanctity reasons.
